Standing Side Split
PÁNG TUǏ TǍNG SHĒN (旁腿躺身)
This move is also known as the “H-pose,” with the legs posturing as the left “I” in the H, the torso as the “–,” and the arms as the right “I.” It is used often on stage, sometimes so fleetingly it may be hard to spot. Moreover, the arms could also depart from the straight line to form other poses. So pay attention next time and try to spot those Hs!
